ScrumBan is a trendy word among people using the agile approach to develop a product or deliver services. However, how many of you got to read a book called ScrumBan by Corey Ladas? This book was my introduction to Kanban with Scrum. I always wonder why people are not calling KanScrum when Kanban is easy to start, as it takes about starting from wherever you are and improving your practices. Improvement can lead to adopting Scrum elements so that the team may use Kanban with Scrum.

In this webinar, I will share the journey of a team that started with kanban first, not Scrum, and later adopted Scrum with Kanban. It is a 90 mins experience sharing session to have a fruitful conversation. So join me and share your thoughts about it.
