Agile Coaching as a job profile has gained traction in the last decade as more and more organizations are moving to Agile ways of working. Many organizations start with team level agility and as the necessity to scale becomes an imperative, Agile Coaches / Consultants become increasingly valuable for the organization to adopt to new ways of working. Scaled Agile Framework popularly known as SAFe® is the most adopted framework for scaling and SAFe® Program Consultants (SPC) are the change agents helping in transformation.

In this webinar, I will share my thoughts about who fits an Agile Coach role and the “role” of certifications in getting this job. Specifically, we will explore the role of SPC certification, as this is currently one of the most well-known and sought-after certifications for change agents. So, join me and share your thoughts about it.
